Can you source a specific watch for me?

We would love to discuss any watch you want to purchase! We process a high volume of alerts, and the watches you are looking for may already be in our system. Please get in touch with a Client Advisor, and they will let you know if we have the watch in inventory or if we can source it for you. You can also add an alert to your wishlist on the website or our mobile app to check and see if the watches you are looking for have come in stock.

Are these watches good quality, or break after a few wears?

It depends on how you wear it. If worn regularly, it will last for several years without any issues. The watches we offer are of high quality. These aren’t the bargains on the street that break in a few days; they last for years! We are so confident in our watches that we will offer a replacement or refund on any watch should it become defective.

Are there any places you can’t ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping to almost all countries. Our ability to ship to some places may change due to changing customs patterns in each county. If you are not located in Europe or North America, please email us to verify we do ship to your country and the extra shipping fees required, if any.
